  1. Transfers and Loans are only allowed during the Transfer Window period.
    1. This is determined by the president of the League.
    2. The announcement will be made to everyone when it is open and closed.
  2. Players DO NOT lose their purchase value if exchanged, for Example:
    1. Team Blue gets player A for 30 credits.
    2. Team Blue exchanges Player A with Team Red for Player B purchased at 10 credits.
    3. Team Red gets Player A and his value of 30 credits, and Team Blue gets Player B, valued at 10 credits.
  3. If a soccer player is released from a team or sold in real life to a European team, the return will be 50% of their value.
    1. If Player A, purchased at 30 credits, is sold to a European team; the ex-owner will get 15 credits.
    2. If Player A, is released by the Blue team, the Blue team will get 15 credits
